LogiCRM is an expedition CRM for logistics operators: dispatch, fleet tracking, and a customer portal — built around how a freight-forwarding operation actually runs day to day.

What dispatch needs

The dispatch view is the operator's primary surface: incoming orders, available capacity, in-flight loads, exceptions. The CRM gives dispatch the information density and the speed it needs — orders can be assigned, reassigned, split, and tracked without context-switching to other systems. The fleet view sits next to dispatch so capacity decisions are made on live data.

The customer portal

Customers want visibility — where their freight is, what is left in transit, what has been delivered. The portal gives them that without forcing them to call the dispatch desk. It is branded for the operator and authenticated per customer, so the right people see the right loads.
