Track VS Group is an international logistics platform with live route tracking and a workflow purpose-built for a transport SRL operating between Moldova and the EU.

What the platform handles

It runs the operational stack of a transport company: dispatch board, fleet status, route assignment, document workflow for international crossings, customer-facing tracking pages, and the back-office reporting that ties costs to routes. Live tracking sits at the center — drivers, dispatch, and customers see the same up-to-the-minute location data.

Why custom

Generic TMS platforms assume a single jurisdiction and a single document regime. MD↔EU operations do not fit that assumption: customs paperwork, two regulatory perimeters, two languages on documentation, and different timezones for the operations team. The platform encodes those realities at the data model level rather than papering over them with workflows.

The dispatch experience

Dispatch is the platform's most performance-sensitive surface. The board has to stay responsive while live position data flows in continuously and as orders are added, reassigned, and closed. The architecture treats the dispatch view as a real-time application, not a refresh-every-minute report.
