What the platform does

It supports two audiences on one system: the operations team running acquisitions, due diligence, and project delivery, and the investors who fund and follow those projects. The investor portal gives funders a real-time view of where their capital sits — which property, which phase, which timeline — without forcing them through reporting spreadsheets and PDFs.

The acquisition framework

The discipline matters. The platform encodes the acquisition criteria the team applies to every deal: market filters, structural requirements, financial thresholds, exit assumptions. Deals that don't pass don't enter the pipeline. The system makes the framework visible end-to-end, so a deal at any stage can be inspected against the criteria that admitted it.

How investors interact

Investors authenticate into their own view of the portfolio: documents, distributions, project status, photos from the field. The portal is the source of truth — no parallel email threads, no reconciled spreadsheets. Updates from the operations side flow through to the investor view automatically.
