Colectare.md is a debt recovery platform built on a custom WordPress base with a legal CRM purpose-built for court enforcement workflows in Moldova.

What it does

The platform tracks cases from intake through enforcement: client onboarding, debtor records, document generation, case status across court stages, payment tracking, and the communication trail with all parties. The legal CRM is the workflow engine — it knows what a case in each stage requires and surfaces the next action.

Court enforcement specifics

Debt recovery in Moldova means navigating specific court procedures, document formats, deadlines, and counterparty workflows. The system encodes those — a case at the enforcement stage knows what documents it needs, who the parties are, what deadlines are open, and what evidence has been filed. The CRM stops cases from going silent.

Why WordPress as the base

The marketing surface, content management, and lead intake were already a WordPress strength. Rather than fight that, the implementation extends WordPress with the case-management CRM as a first-class admin experience for the legal team, with the marketing site sitting on the same install. One codebase, two audiences, no duplicated stack.
