CEITI is an education ERP that runs college registries, student records, and exam scheduling for multiple institutions in production.

The institutional registry

Each institution running on the platform has its own students, programs, courses, faculty, schedules, and academic calendar. The ERP keeps these registries authoritative — when a student is enrolled, transferred, graduated, or withdrawn, the change is the canonical fact and every downstream view reflects it.

Exam scheduling

Scheduling is the hardest constraint problem in an academic institution: rooms, time slots, faculty availability, student conflicts, program rules. The system solves it as a constraint problem rather than an Excel exercise — conflicts are flagged before publication, and changes ripple through every dependent view automatically.

Multi-institution

The platform serves several institutions from the same install. Each gets its own data, its own academic rules, its own user roles, while sharing the operational and security improvements made across the platform. Onboarding a new institution does not mean a new codebase — it means a new tenant with the configuration that matches its rules.
